HypnoBirthing® Classes are taught in a format of four 2.5 – 3 hour classes. If you are very near to your birthing time, occasionally your Practitioner can make special arrangements for individual classes with you.

Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxed concentration and focus. What you experience with HypnoBirthing^® is similar to the daydreaming or focusing that occurs when you are engrossed in a book, staring at a fire, or are driving a car.
