I have always held a fascination for how the brain works and why we do what we do, this interest carries on through my work to help you achieve your full potential.

I am fully qualified in all areas of the therapies I offer, even supervising on courses I have studied. I thrive on continued training and always like to work with and learn from the very best, such as studying and qualifying as a Master Practitioner of NLP with Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler.

 

My private Hampshire Practice has been running for several years and I have been achieving fantastic results which drives me to help even more people. I love what I do and I am passionate about the changes that you can achieve.

 

I am a Certified Therapist with the The Wise Hippo in both Hypnobirthing and Hypnobirthing Fertility treatments, as I passionately believe that women can enjoy a wonderful, pain free experience (just as nature intended). I also run a coffee morning for my Hypnobirthing families as a way to meet other like minded people and also so that I can meet my babies and follow their progress.

 

Using a blend of all these techniques and tools enables me to guide you through issues to an amazing, fast, effective, safe solution. Thus, releasing your own inner strength and viewing life differently.

 

As a fully listed member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, I naturally adhere to their code of ethics and of course treat each and every client with absolute confidentiality.
